| We'll start this league/tournament once we have 16 teams entered in... How this is going to work is each clan plays every single clan bo3 matches and at the end when everyone has played everyone the top 4 teams which has won the most games advance into semi finals, semis will be -CM and also Bo3 winning team of the semis advance to finals and winner of the finals get the title of "officially the best team in the SSDL". | |

| Question, why is the mode -rd for all games before the semis? TBH I thought people got over the idea of using -rd in clan leagues/tournaments when -cm came out. Shouldn't we use -cm? I mean there are so many problems with -rd and really it's very luck based because of no bans. Imagine if sa is in the pool, it'll be an obvious first pick. | |

| Agreed, In my opinion the league should just do -CM all the way. | |

| /agree Having -RD then changing to -CM seems rather strange and I think most teams with prefer to have it -CM all the way through, any chance of changing that Admin peoples? | |

| Were extending it to 16 clans now... and if 1 clan drops then we prolly still can carry on due to the fact that we still do have a decent amount of clans left in the league good question | |

| Maybe do BO1 for the round robin since BO3 matches can take upwards of three hours with drafts, waiting etc. Or say BO1 unless both teams agree to play BO3. | |

| U have 3 days to play 3 games... and on top of that if games are more on 1 side
You probably win 2 games in a row and wont be any need for 3rd game...
+ if they have a choice of bo3 or bo1 there will be heaps of flaming for instance
if a team decided to play Bo1 and lost the game... Then could be like "OHHH...
WE SAID BO3..." etc etc which will drag on and on... So yeh... | |

| I agree on Bo3 even for swiss, it may take a bit longer, but it's also more fun "Social" summer dota league ~_~ | |

| I don't suppose we could wait till after new years to start (or even a day or two after)? Because well... having a league game on christmas or New Years seems rather.... sad? | |

| very true, and i think many teams might have hard times finding their players on xmas and new year. Because people go away and such. Im goin to taupo for new years from 29th-2nd personally. Im sure others are aswel. Unless you try run the first round of games, and if they get played they do, if the dont you wait until early jan or something. But at the end of the day its your league. Just sayin it wont work 2 well if no1 can play. | |
