- Forfeit is allowed after 35 minutes
Most competitive games allow forfeit whenever the team captain/majority of team say FF in all chat. Adding a time limit for when you can forfeit is generally only done in Inhouse leagues.

- Any team has the right to set the game on pause for up to 5 minutes but only with a proper count down of at least 5 seconds and maximum 2 pauses per team are allowed per game. A team is also obliged to give a count down of at least 5 seconds before unpausing.
Countdown of 5 is a bit extravagant, also make it so team are allowed a total of 10 minutes paused instead of 2 pauses. If a team has 3 or more phone calls during the game and just need 20 seconds for each one then they will be unfairly disadvantaged.

- If a player disconnects before 10 minutes you must re-load the game, teams only have 5minutes for there player to rejoin the game or find a sub. If a player disconnects again from the same team the game must continue.
Sorry if I missed something, but doesn't this rule imply that if the game is saved at 10 minutes and a player drops at 11 minutes then there is no reload? Look at BA7/ODL3/MYMwhatever for a well explained save/reload rule, they are hard to write, trust me ^^

- A maximum of one Necronomicon is allowed per team.
Not allowing 2 per team?

- A maximum of two Euls Scepter of Divinity or Guinsoos Scythe of Vyse is allowed per team. This means that you are allowed to have up to two Euls Scepter of Divinity OR one Euls Scepter of Divinity AND one Guinsoos Scythe of Vyse OR two Guinsoos Scythe of Vyse.
They are completed different items, this rule is outdated. Also, not banning multiple shivas/mantas?

- Item sharing is strictly forbidden. Excluded items are shareable in 6.52e. If you share an item, you have to return the item in a mannered time.
6.52e? Should make a list of items that can be shared for a short duration.
Sorry be to be a bit of a fag, but I've seen many leagues and competitions ruined by silly mistakes in the rules, so you might want to look over this a little closer.
